SBU Application via OSS
The application and issuance of SBU are now done through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, making the process easier and more transparent.
Fee Adjustments
SBU processing fees have been adjusted based on the latest classifications. This adjustment aims to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the certification process.
Conversion of SBU to the Latest KBLI
Construction service businesses are required to convert their SBU to the latest Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI).This conversion aims to improve transparency and efficiency in construction business governance in Indonesia.
Elimination of SIUJK
With the implementation of the OSS-RBA system, the Construction Service Business License (SIUJK) is no longer used. Instead, the Construction SBU now serves as the primary document required for BUJK to operate in construction services.
Impact of SBU Regulatory Changes on Businesses
Increased Competition
Regulatory changes encourage companies to improve the quality of work and services to meet the established qualifications. This could lead to greater competition in the construction sector.
Broader Partnership Opportunities
Companies that meet SBU requirements have the potential to expand their market and develop partnerships. A well-recognized SBU will enhance trust from clients, customers, and potential partners.
By understanding and adapting to the regulatory changes for SBU in 2025, construction companies can ensure smooth operations and improve their competitiveness in Indonesia’s construction industry.
